Hey! I am Rachel!
My passion for intentional, authentic relationships began back in 2019 when I shot my first wedding. Having no idea what I was getting into, I attended the rehearsal, assisted with the flow of the ceremony, helped with set up and tear down, and captured the moments throughout the day. While I do not do that now, learning the ins and the outs of the wedding day, both as a photographer and a friend, has helped me to serve my couples more intentionally.
What you may find different about me...
I had a conversation at a photographer's retreat about my use of questionnaires, creating comprehensive wedding guides, hopping on calls with my couples more than once before their wedding, and spending over an hour on engagement sessions because I truly love getting to know the couples I work with... "None of us do that" "That would be so draining for me" were the responses I got... but I would not have it any other way. I love not just capturing the wedding day, but walking with you into it and through it. Numerous times I have earned myself the title of honorary bridesmaid... not because I replace anyone, but because I see myself as someone who is able and willing to help the day go smoothly, and I love every moment of it.
How is the experience stress free?
I walk each couple through my wedding guide through a series of 3-4 questionnaires to gauge your wedding day, and to help you be mindful about where you want your energy to be. I am available from when you book to offer planning suggestions and ideas, I take a smaller number of weddings per year to be able to walk with each couple intentionally. We talk about family dynamics, how you can involve difficult family members without them overtaking your day, how we resolve an early golden hour, or if your eloping, we may talk about location scouting so on the day of you have as few questions as possible, and you can relax, have fun, socialize, or enjoy intentional moments as you so desire.

Are all fees included in the contracted price?
- Yes! PA Travel Fees are also included for the wedding day. Additional travel fees may apply for engagement sessions beyond 100 miles of Williamsport. All wedding travel fees discussed and added into the contract and invoice if the wedding is out of state.
What makes you different?
- My steady presence and intentionality throughout the wedding process.
- From the moment you inquire you will not feel like just "another booking", but rather like a friend. I want you to feel that comfortability to reach out to me if you have ideas, want to know how to put something into motion, or just need someone to give you a reason to not invite negative energy into your space.
- I do my best to attend rehearsals for almost all of my weddings, and I pipe in with helpful tips throughout to make sure you feel confident and sure of what you are doing when the room is filled with your loved ones.
- My wedding guides will knock your day of coordinator's socks off.
What happens if something unexpected happens on our wedding day?
If I am unable to make it... While this has NEVER happened, I have an AMAZING team who can step up... Lauren, Breanna, Tai, Hayley, Matt, and a few others.
I check the forecast like men watch football... We will make sure there is a rain plan... Also if you decide to dance in the rain, my gear (Nikon) is one of the highest rated weather resistant cameras (probably why NASA uses them)

Do you travel for weddings and engagements?
- Please take me everywhere with you!
- You will have to cover travel costs, but some dream locations are less.
What is the turnaround time for my gallery?
- 90 Days for Weddings, Destinations & Elopements
- 21 Days for Engagements & Boudoir
- During busy season, delivery may be delayed by up to 2 weeks if extensive additional retouching is necessary. I am happy to show you what retouching I am doing if I ask you for that time.

How do you capture real, candid moments without missing the important ones?
- By going through your ceremony and reception plan in detail when we go through your wedding timeline planning session.
- On the day of I am in close communication with the officiant and DJ to make sure I know their cues, order, and they know where I will be.
- During the general reception and getting ready I am focused on everything at the same time, so I capture guest reactions and the moments happening.
If you are unavailable, can I book one of your team as an associate?
I prefer to be present, and build trust and relationship with each couple I book. That being said, I am happy to have you with one of my associates outside of the busy season so I can guarantee their availability.
