HeyyY! I am Rachel, and I am here For couples who want photos that feel like memories, and a wedding day that helps you feel present... not a production — A photographer who helps your day feel calm and natural.
From our first conversation to the final dance, you can expect to be supported with thoughtful guidance, calm preparation, and attention to the details. We intentionally curate your timeline around what matters most, so you can be fully present — soaking in the joy, the people, and the once-in-a-lifetime moments that pass too quickly, and eating the food you got so excited about at the tasting.

Throughout your planning process...
Think of this as a preparation for an adventure, we have to have all of the details in order to fully enjoy the view. This is not a show up and shoot experience. I will check in regularly, help you figure out how to make the most out of your wedding day from the details of who you want to put your veil on, to back up plans if it rains. I ask intentional questions about family dynamics, the important people in your life, and help you work out different ways to involve family members or friends in your day, giving them the honor you wish to bestow, while keeping the joy centered around your marriage and unity.
On the wedding day...
I and my team pay attention to the guests reactions while you are reading vows so meaningful that everyone needs a touch up on their mascara, while advocating for you if you need a moment to breathe in private (because "obviously" we needed to get a "photo of just you"), grab the candid group shots of all your college besties. I work seamlessly with venue coordinators, videographers, wedding planners, DJs and caterers to make sure we are all on the same page. Oh, and I 100% have recommendations for vendors if you need them,

Are all fees included in the contracted price?
Yep!
PA Travel is free (though I would love a hotel if I am traveling a distance)
Everything is listed out in the contract with the final price, deposit, and inclusions. If you choose to upgrade, you will sign another one. I like to make sure everything is confirmed and transparent.
What makes you different?
My steady presence and intentionality throughout the wedding process.
From the moment you inquire you will not feel like just "another booking", but rather like a friend. I want you to feel that comfortability to reach out to me if you have ideas, want to know how to put something into motion, or just need someone to give you a reason to not invite negative energy into your space.
I do my best to attend rehearsals for almost all of my weddings, and I pipe in with helpful tips throughout to make sure you feel confident and sure of what you are doing when the room is filled with your loved ones.
What happens if something unexpected happens on our wedding day?
If I am unable to make it... While this has NEVER happened, I have an AMAZING team who can step up... Lauren, Breanna, Tai, Hayley, Matt, and a few others.
I check the forecast like men watch football... We will make sure there is a rain plan... oh and my equipment is weather-proof in case you want to dance in the rain
How to you create a timeline?
Both from knowledge of how a wedding day goes, and from the goal of being present and not rushing through moments. We generally start with the ceremony time, build in time for sunset photos when possible, and go from there with all of the things you want to do throughout the day, with enough buffer for you to not have to worry about the timeline.
Do you travel for weddings and engagements?
Absolutely! Take me anywhere and everywhere in United States for the price of budget-friendly travel (airfare, lodging, rental car, etc.)
When will the gallery be delivered?
Most galleries are delivered within 90 days. For galleries that need a little extra retouching (because of random acne or baby slobber), it may take a little longer.
What is the process from inquiring to the wedding day?
- Inquire
- Phone Call or Zoom (Because I need to get excited with you!)
- Questionnaire (this one is actually fun)
- Contract
- Invoice (probably the least fun part, except it secures your date)
- Welcome box
- Unlimited access to me for tips and tricks
- Engagement Session (Date night or adventure... Standing and posing is for high school yearbooks)
- Timeline Planning (usually 2 months ahead of the wedding)
- Wedding Rehearsal (trust me you will love having me there!)

How do you capture real, candid moments without missing the important ones?
By going through your ceremony and reception plan in detail when we go through your wedding timeline planning session.
On the day of I am in close communication with the officiant and DJ to make sure I know their cues, order, and they know where I will be.
During the general reception and getting ready I am focused on everything at the same time
If you are unavailable, can I book one of your team as an associate?
Short answer, yes... However, I try to have no more than 3 weddings per month to give each couple the personal attention they deserve. If I am not at that capacity, I will consider it... but I prefer to be present, and build trust and relationship with each couple I book. (it makes it slightly more fun, when I am balling over your mom's reaction to you in your dress)
